Our today’s guest is Dr. Abdulla Rasheed, Minister of State for Education, Republic of Maldives.

Dr. Abdulla Rasheed is a distinguished educationalist with 30 years of experience in the field of education. Dr. Rasheed began his career as a school teacher, 5 years later he became a supervisor and worked on this position for 5 more years. Dr. Rasheed served as a principal of government schools for 18 years, was the Vice Rector of Avid College, Maldives. Right now, Dr. Rasheed is the Head of the National Institute of Education, and the Minister of State for Education, Republic of Maldives.

In this Live Broadcast, we are going to talk about the goals of today’s education in the Republic of Maldives and in the world, its content, about the advantages and disadvantages of distance learning. How to change the society format of thinking through education from the consumerism into the Creative one? What is Creative society? and many other questions.
