Global Crisis. The Responsibility | International Online Forum. December 2, 2023

Today, very serious changes are taking place with the climate, and we are not ready for that. We are not ready to admit as parents that our child has no future. We can influence simple things: a child's education, how he is dressed, what he eats, and we do this. However, at least so far, we can also influence whether he will have a future or not. And that's when all our responsibility as parents disappears. We cease to be fathers and mothers, and we become just indifferent people because we reject and do not want to admit that climatic changes already pose a real threat.

A good parent is the one who really cares about the future of their child. Not in the sense of who the child will grow up to be, but in the sense that he will have such an opportunity. If we were truly caring parents, we would not be afraid and would take on this responsibility. And we would do everything to save the life of our child.

How could it happen that we, society as a whole, have come to the point when every person individually seems to be very caring, good and positive, while in general, as a society, we are indifferent to others and turn away from this reality?

"Science in a Creative Society" is a new program on ALLATRA TV. In the program on April 21, 2020 at 15:00 GMT, in a live conversation we will talk about the application of nanomaterials in biomedicine.


The program will feature a scientist and a great person - Dr. José Miguel García-Martín, PhD, Scientific Researcher at the Institute of Micro and Nanotechnology of the Spanish National Research Council (Madrid, Spain). Dr. José Miguel led the project «Nanoimplant», which won the IDEA² Madrid Award (a partnership of the Madrid Government and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology - MIT, USA).
Moreover, Dr. José Miguel was a Fulbright Visiting Scholar at the Northeastern University (Boston, USA), and led the project “Evaluation of nanostructured coatings for implants”. 



We will discuss two important trends of modern research at the junction of two sciences - physics and medicine:

antibacterial nanostructured coatings for biomedicine. Obtaining such coatings from titanium (Ti) nanocolumns, as well as tellurium (Te) nanorods;

anticancer tellurium (Te) nanostructures.


In our conversation with Dr. José Miguel, we will also talk about popularization of science in society, interesting approaches to training young scientists, creative society, what science would be like in such a society, what issues it would solve, and what inventions people would see.

THE LAST CHANCE", in which people of different nationalities, religions, social statuses and ages from more than 140 countries of the world took part. Now participants-volunteers are actively conducting social surveys in different countries in order to find out the opinion of the international community about what unites all people internally; in which world we want to live - in one full of love and mutual respect or where there are conflicts and wars; to what extent society needs the initiative of the participants of ALLATRA International Public Movement to publicly raise topics about humanity and creative vector of development.

CLIMATE. THE FUTURE IS NOW

A Science Discussion Project “GAME OF PROFESSIONALS” is a new series of programmes on ALLATRA TV channel.

Psychiatrists, psychologists, and psychotherapists from around the world are taking part in this project. The topics raised in this series of programmes are acute in modern society and concern every person.

Duality of the human nature. Personality and consciousness. Are thoughts ours? Where do they come from and can they be imposed by third forces? Invisible world and its influence on humans. What is the nature of obsessive states like: depressions and suicidal thoughts? What is multiple personality disorder? Serial killers and lone gunmen executing mass shootings — are they insane monsters or victims of consciousness?

After the release of the series of programmes featuring Igor Mikhailovich Danilov in which he talks in detail about human nature, consciousness and the origin of thoughts, subject-matter experts from many countries around the world became interested in these topics.

Responding to this public inquiry, ALLATRA TV team decided to offer specialists in psychiatry, clinicians and people whose professional career involves studying the work of consciousness and psyche to join the efforts in studying these issues. To achieve this, a series of meetings takes place on the basis of ALLATRA TV in the form of a professional game.
