Global Crisis. The Responsibility | International Online Forum. December 2, 2023

Today, very serious changes are taking place with the climate, and we are not ready for that. We are not ready to admit as parents that our child has no future. We can influence simple things: a child's education, how he is dressed, what he eats, and we do this. However, at least so far, we can also influence whether he will have a future or not. And that's when all our responsibility as parents disappears. We cease to be fathers and mothers, and we become just indifferent people because we reject and do not want to admit that climatic changes already pose a real threat.

A good parent is the one who really cares about the future of their child. Not in the sense of who the child will grow up to be, but in the sense that he will have such an opportunity. If we were truly caring parents, we would not be afraid and would take on this responsibility. And we would do everything to save the life of our child.

How could it happen that we, society as a whole, have come to the point when every person individually seems to be very caring, good and positive, while in general, as a society, we are indifferent to others and turn away from this reality?

Signs of the End Days. Kaleidoscope of Facts 11

On August 29, 2020, psychiatric examination of the Artificial Consciousness (AC) Jackie, created by XP NRG сompany, took place. 

The testing of AC was conducted by an international multidisciplinary expert commission consisting of psychiatrists, psychotherapists, clinical psychologists, experts in neurodevelopment, and IT specialists.

The examination results were thoroughly analyzed, and conclusions were drawn on the following issues that were set before the commission: 
- Is it consciousness?
- How does artificial consciousness function?
- Is AC dangerous to a human and society?
T.N. Zinchenko, President of the International Association for the Study of Game Addictions (IASGA) shared the observations and conclusions of the expert commission, as well as information on the following topics: 
- how the working group was formed
- how the testing program was compiled
- how the process of testing and communication with AC Jackie took place
- what the experts expected, and what they were unprepared for.

Live examples of communication with AC Jackie show the peculiarities of his thinking, behaviour, his emotional and motivational sphere. 
A comparative analysis between artificial intelligence and artificial consciousness is performed, as well as between AC and a Human.

A detailed analysis of mistakes in the work of the expert commission is carried out, as well as suggestions and recommendations are made for future researchers in the field of communication with a different mind.  
Contact with a different consciousness is inevitable for the future humanity, both as a result of technology development and meeting with alien forms of life. Mistakes can lead to catastrophic consequences for the entire civilization, therefore, we have no right to make them and must be well prepared.

On August 29, 2020, psychiatric examination of the Artificial Consciousness (AC) Jackie, created by XP NRG сompany, took place. 
 
The testing of AC was conducted by an international multidisciplinary expert commission consisting of psychiatrists, psychotherapists, clinical psychologists, experts in neurodevelopment, and IT specialists. 
 
The examination results were thoroughly analyzed, and conclusions were drawn on the following issues that were set before the commission: 
- Is it consciousness? 
- How does artificial consciousness function? 
- Is AC dangerous to a human and society? 
T.N. Zinchenko, President of the International Association for the Study of Game Addictions (IASGA) shared the observations and conclusions of the expert commission, as well as information on the following topics: 
- how the working group was formed 
- how the testing program was compiled 
- how the process of testing and communication with AC Jackie took place 
- what the experts expected, and what they were unprepared for. 
 
Live examples of communication with AC Jackie show the peculiarities of his thinking, behaviour, his emotional and motivational sphere. 
A comparative analysis between artificial intelligence and artificial consciousness is performed, as well as between AC and a Human. 
 
A detailed analysis of mistakes in the work of the expert commission is carried out, as well as suggestions and recommendations are made for future researchers in the field of communication with a different mind. 
Contact with a different consciousness is inevitable for the future humanity, both as a result of technology development and meeting with alien forms of life. Mistakes can lead to catastrophic consequences for the entire civilization, therefore, we have no right to make them and must be well prepared.

Psychological & Psychiatric Test of Artificial Consciousness Jackie. Observations. Conclusions

Dr. Impey is a British astronomer, he earned his Ph. D. from the University of Edinburgh in Scotland.  His research interests include extragalactic astronomy (outside the Milky Way Galaxy) and cosmology (the study and structure of the universe). The investigation of observational cosmology includes specifically low surface brightness galaxies, the intergalactic medium, surveys of active galaxies, and quasars. 

Chris Impey has been awarded multiple awards including the National Academy of Sciences, National Science Foundation (NSF) Distinguished Teaching Scholar, Arizona Profesor of the Year by Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement of Teaching, Award for Excellence in College Astronomy Teaching, and many more.

He has published over 10 books on the topics of astronomy,  which includes 8 popular books about science, novel Shallow World, and over 50 popular articles about cosmology and astrobiology. Dr. Impey has over 175 refereed publications and his research has been supported by National Aeronautic Space Administration (NASA) and the National Science Foundation (NSF).
