The Chance on the Verge

On June 22nd in Atlanta (USA) an unprecedented in its scale press conference “FOR CREATIVE SOCIETY!” took place on the platform of ALLATRA  International Public Movement to which people from 180 countries of the world connected via online video conference.



Robby Wells opened the international press conference announcing his intention to run for US President to implement into practice the values ​​and foundations of ALLATRA.

Also, speakers of the conference were:
Marina Ovtsynova, a participant of ALLATRA International Public Movement; Chander Gambhir, former Indian diplomat; Robert Kennedy, the president of the Atlanta Council on International Relations

All speakers spoke honestly and openly about the pressing problems of the consumer society, focused on the urgent need for creative transformation in the world, as well as the importance of the international activities of ALLATRA IPM for the sake of uniting all the people of the world on the basis of humanity, unity and respect for all. Real substantive steps  to build a creative and constructive society in a peaceful way were announced. 



As a result of the conference, people at all locations in different countries of the world continued to communicate on the wave of friendship and unification, exchanged ideas on what changes we can do in different areas to make society more humane and constructive. Those present  shared in the video reviews a sincere understanding of how much we all need changes today, voiced by the speakers of the conference, and expressed their readiness to act for the sake of uniting all humankind into a single big and friendly family, without borders and wars, where everything is honest and open, where truth and Love reign. After all, only such a society has a future!

Arun Manilal Gandhi is an international activist for peace, grandson and continuer of the ideas of Mohandas (Mahatma) Gandhi, who embodied the idea of nonviolence and peaceful changes.

He shares his understanding of what is the basis of every spiritual teaching that is common to every religion. As an example, Dr. Gandhi quoted his grandfather: "Religion is like climbing a mountain. We are ultimately all going to the same peak. So why should it matter to anybody which side of the mountain we choose to climb from?" Dr. Gandhi talks about the possibility of the transition of society from the consumer to the creative format, the birth of this process in the choice of each person. Arun Manilal Gandhi is an international activist for peace, grandson and continuer of the ideas of Mohandas (Mahatma) Gandhi, who embodied the idea of nonviolence and peaceful changes. 
 
Dr. Arun Gandhi is the founder of the M.K. Gandhi Institute for Nonviolence and is the Founding President of the Gandhi Worldwide Education Institute; Journalist; Writer, author of books; Member of Board Emeriti of The Parliament of World`s Religions; Co-founder of The Center for Social Changes (India); organizer of social programs for people`s living conditions improvements; Arun Gandhi travels the world as a Peace Farmer planting seeds of peace and spreading the message ‘Be the change you wish to see’, Dr. Gandhi has taken the message of nonviolence and peace-making to hundreds of thousands of people, was an organizer, speaker and participant of peace-promoting and educational marches and tours to establish non-violence in society and the interreligious commonwealth, as well as to inform people about ways to build mutual understanding and to speak and spread his message of peace; Invited speaker of universities and public organizations;

In an interview with participants of THE UNIVERSAL GRAIN project, Dr. Gandhi shares his views on the possibility of establishing mutual understanding between people all over the world, regardless of national or religious affiliation, the need to overcome divisions, talks about what unites people. He shares his understanding of what is the basis of every spiritual teaching that is common to every religion. As an example, Dr. Gandhi quoted his grandfather: "Religion is like climbing a mountain. We are ultimately all going to the same peak. So why should it matter to anybody which side of the mountain we choose to climb from?" Dr. Gandhi talks about the possibility of the transition of society from the consumer to the creative format, the birth of this process in the choice of each person. Each person wants to be happy. But is our society happy? Is every person in it happy? How can we build a true creative and constructive society together?

The international social research project "THE FUTURE IS NOW" looks for answers to these questions. Volunteers from more than 140 countries of the world conduct public opinion polls on the ALLATRA IPM platform in order to hear people's answers to these vitally important questions. After all, society is each of us.

The goal of the project:

For each person to understand his or her role in forming the society regardless of their social status, nationality, or religious affiliation. Sharing information about the model of creative and constructive society, built by people, during international online conferences, video conferences, and interviews within the framework of scientific discussion project Game of Professionals.
