In order to implement a huge number of various projects, volunteers of ALLATRA IPM get together, develop a strategy, hold brainstorming sessions, set goals and objectives. At this stage, everyone gets great inspiration and confidence in the successful implementation of their plans. However, after a little while, the inspiration begins to fade.

Why is fruitful collective communication and deep confidence in achieving the goal replaced with a sense of desolation, heaviness, and doubts? Why do we irrationally squander the resources of energy and strength given to us to carry out projects? Why after wasting the spiritual powers does a person feel bad and overwhelmed with doubts and fears? How to properly determine the effectiveness of our actions in implementing social projects? How can you involve people to actively participate in projects and do good deeds for the benefit of humanity?
